This 2 hour online distance chakra balancing session can:

  • Release anxiety and stress

What is included in the session?

The 2 hour session involves you laying on your back while I re-balance your chakras one by one. Once they are balanced I activate the appropriate crystal per chakra, and ground you.

Distant sessions will require a sturdy internet or mobile connection.

What is a Chakra?
Chakras are focused energy centres within your etheric body. There are many chakras but this healing session focuses on the 7 major ones.

  • Sacral
  • Solar Plexus

How can balancing my Chakras help me?
Having your chakras balanced can help with a wide range of physical and emotional troubles. Aligning your energy should by a primary focus when aiming to live fully and consciously.

After a balancing session many people find themselves feeling as if they have had a ‘heady’ massage. In the days and weeks that follow they have felt less easily angered, more allowing of going with the flow, and clear and focused.
